Do I need to know anything about tarot?
No. Every card is named, explained in context, and written into plain language. You never need to interpret anything yourself.
Do you need my birth date or birth chart?
No. Velora is a tarot and oracle platform, not astrology. Your reading is built from your question, your chosen topic and the cards drawn.
Are the readings actually different each time?
Yes. The cards are drawn fresh, and the writing is generated around your specific situation, the deck's voice and the topic's emotional context. The same three cards will read differently for two different questions.
Will you tell me if someone is coming back?
We will tell you honestly what the energy between you looks like and what would need to change. We will never promise you a specific person's behaviour or give you a date. Anyone who does is guessing.
What is free and what is paid?
A daily card, one-card pulls, mini yes/no readings, two mini readings a week and two decks are free forever. Membership opens unlimited full readings, all fourteen decks, premium spreads and your full history.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click, from your dashboard. Cancelling takes effect immediately — premium access ends there and then and nothing further is charged. Everything you unlocked stays in your account permanently, and the 14-day refund window is there if you change your mind soon after joining.
Is my reading private?
Completely. Readings are visible only to you, protected at the database level, and never sold or shared. You can delete any reading permanently at any time.
Is this a substitute for therapy or professional advice?
No, and we will never pretend otherwise. Velora is for reflection. For medical, legal, financial or mental-health matters, please speak to a qualified professional.
