Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Shefa Group, trading as Velora ("we", "us", "our"). Velora is an online tarot and oracle reading service. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any part of the service you agree to these terms.

2. Entertainment and reflection only

Velora is provided for personal reflection, journaling and entertainment. Readings are not predictions of fact and must not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using Velora you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not share your account, resell readings, or allow others to use your membership.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, decks, spreads, and reading text on Velora are owned by Shefa Group and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal use while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or build competing products from our content.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We do not store your card details.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments, billing, tax, invoicing, refunds, and subscription management. For full details of Paddle's payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, please see the [Paddle Buyer Terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately: premium access ends at that point and no further renewals are taken. Content already unlocked remains available in your account.

8. Your content

Questions and notes you write remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to generate, store, and display your readings back to you.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Velora for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, deception, intellectual property infringement, security interference, malware, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Service level

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance. Features, decks, and spreads may change as the product develops.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shefa Group is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

14. Contact
